A filter press is a batch operation, fixed volume machine that separates liquids and solids using pressure filtration. A slurry is pumped into the filter press and dewatered under pressure. It is used for water and wastewater treatment in a variety of different applications ranging from industrial to municipal.

Filter plate

1. Selected food grade polypropylene.

2. Compressed by a 5000-ton compression molding machine under high pressure.

3. The machine polishes the surface to ensure the level of the filter plate.

In order to protect the edible oil filter press from damage during transportation, the filter press is usually fixed with an iron frame and then packed with plywood. Sometimes the palm oil filter press is wrapped with bubble film or plastic film and then fixed. If the filter press equipment is too big to package, we will use a container to package it.
