A filter press is a mechanical dehydration device that uses a filter medium for solid-liquid separation. It is widely used in the fields of mining, petroleum, chemical industry, medicine, papermaking, food, coal washing, and water treatment.
The filter press with gasket filter cloth is a filter press applied to special materials, which can achieve a better filtering effect.What is a gasket filter cloth?
The edge of the gasket filter cloth filter plate is sewn into the sealing ring, which can be embedded in the filter plate during installation, which can effectively prevent leakage. When this kind of filter cloth is used for filtering, there is no leakage between the plates, which greatly improves the working environment of the filter press.
1. Compress the filter plate: The compression device moves the movable plate to the fixed plate and presses the filter plate between them. A closed filter chamber is formed between adjacent filter plates.
2. Filtration process: The feed pump transports the mud to the filter chamber. Separation of solid and liquid by filter plate extrusion.
3. Loosen the filter plate: separate the filter plate by using the pulling device of the equipment.
4. Filter plate unloading: After opening the filter plates one by one, the filter cake falls off by its own weight and is transported by the lower conveyor.

Fold the filter cloth
Push the folded half-filter cloth into the feed hole
Install the filter cloth by pressing the sewn-in sealing strip into the corresponding groove
Fix the filter cloth in order
