The small additive auto weighing system - We developed this auto weighing system especially for PVC pipe and profile production to instead of manual weighing. It could auto weigh the additives in PVC pipe and profile formula besides the PVC and CACO3. The operator could only manually weigh PVC and CACO3, for other powder additives, this auto weighing system could weigh the quantity for one batch use automatically. This system could avoid the mistake of manual weighing and also keep the workshop clean.
This system could auto weighing 6-9 kinds of powder or granules additives.
Main Features:
* High Accuracy: it adopts first class weighing sensor and advanced designing to reach high accuracy for the formula.
* Intelligent Speed Regulation:According to the weight of the different additive in the formula, the system could adjust the feeding speed automatically. The high power feeding motor is installed in this system, so the feeding will be faster, stable and accurate
* Reliable: The control system adopts international famous brand Siemens products.
* Easy Installation: This system is composed of several individual small silos. There are cables between the silos and the control cabinet. It is easy for the user to install.
* Easy Operation:Friendly operation interface with diagram and symbol for easy operation. The user doesn't need to revise the program. The user could set some parameter on the touch screen to meet different requirement.
* Quality Guarantee:The silos are made of stainless steel. The electrics are from international famous brands that have CE or UL certificate.

The PVC high speed mixer is for mixing PVC powder, CACO3 and other addictives. This equipment is widely used for material preparation in PVC pipe and profile, SPC flooring, cables production, etc.
The PVC mixer is composed of high speed mixer (hot mixer), cooling mixer and control cabinet.
We use 6-8mm stainless steel SUS304 for the internal wall construction with fine polishing. It will guarantee the mixer could use for long time under the high friction.
The mixing blades are passed the static and dynamic balance testing. And the main shaft adopts fine sealing to prevent material leakage.
Top brands electric components such as Siemens, ABB, Omron are used for the control system, as well as quality pneumatic elements . Simens touch screen and PLC control is available for your special requirements
