Black Rubber Copper Line Set
1.The insulation between the pipes is joined by hot melting technology, comparing with the old technology- connected by
glue, The advantage of the new technology is that it is easy to separate and will not damage insulation layer.
2.As most of air conditioner will produce condensed water in working. Our tube was sprayed antibacterial coating in innermost part. It can inhibit the formation of bacteria in humid environment effectively.
3.All dust removal steps are completed in the inner pipe,it can remove your annoyance about plugging the air condition compressor.

PS: All the copper tubes' diameter and wall thickness can be customized and changed according to customers' requirements.
This copper line set with black rubber insulation is manufacturerd by our own factory, we have focused on supplying high quality insulated copper pipe products for all our customers since 2014. And this copper pair coils are mainly for US, Australia, New Zealand, and Euro-market. We support customized wall thickness of copper, spare parts for installation, special packages with your logos or something else you want.
About packages for copper line set, we normally use cartons for it, but we also support other packing ways, such as pallets. Customized information on the cartons is available, such as printing your logos or your company names on it, that would be ok.
